When we create a website for a client, that website becomes their property. We also provide various services to promote our clients and help them succeed in their various endeavors.

If a client we are contracted with decides to publish lewd, obscene, or offensive content, we may at any time require them to expunge our name and any affiliation with Marble Ocean Design and Development from their site.

We reserve the right to investigate the nature of any and all potential clients/ businesses for the provision of safety and security under the United States Anti-Fraud Act.
